I put one in 3 years ago and it quit chirping. The lights would flash so the alarm was working but not making the horn go off. I lost the book with the wiring diagram in it so I Emailed the company tonight at about 8:00pm central time not expecting a responce for a few days, well much to my surprise their Sr, Tech emailed me a PDF file on it in less than an hour. I called to thank him and their offices were closed.
Now that my friends is good customer service!!!
Would I buy from them again!! You bet yea!!!:nanawrench:
