Get a new fan clutch, it should fix the spin problem.

No disrespect intended here, but you really need to punctuate your sentences better, so we can understand what the hell you're talking about. I've read it 4 times, and I'm figuring this is what you're saying.
OK, I have heard this noise. For a few days it wasn't as bad. Now It's quite noticeable. I opened the hood, and it seems to be my fan shut off. The car fan will turn by hand, not a good thing. I was wondering if it's the fan itself, or could it be the fan clutch? Someone said to check it. The bolts look to be broken, and I'm sure this is what caused my check engine light to come on. It never got hot, lucky me. I don't know what to do, help please.
Good luck, I hope this helps others to help you.

Hey Donny. It seem to me that this car has an electric fan, and a stock style fan clutch set-up. elminoluver, you definitely need to start with fixing what is obvious, the fan with the broken bolts. As others have said, that's easy to do. After that you should be fine. If you can't do it yourself, ask a friend. It's a very basic job that doesn't take very much mechanical knowledge. If you can't do that, any mechanic can do it for a fairly low price on that model of car.
