Could i take the A/C system off a Sonoma and put it on my El Camino to replace my old system.My Elky is a 79'.

I don't think so. You maybe able to make certain parts work (compressor, condenser) but I don't think it would be worth the effort. Why don't you just fix what you got?

Agreed, in all probability, with lots of work and effort, you would wind up with a highly rigged unit that would never work as well as the unit that is in it now, which, of course, was designed for it. Fix what you have, easier, faster, cheaper in the long run.

Well is there some kind of kit to repair my system?Like Seals and stuff like that.

Each and every part on your a/c system is still available, but first, you need to know what is wrong with it.

Well there is alot of that A/C oil that collected dirt around 1 of the fittings. So that may be one of the leaks but i only see 1 fitting so i dont know really.
