Thomas Bush ("TK") of Tullahoma TN has been appointed Deputy Director in Region 7 to help organize NECOA events in Tennessee. TK has been a member since September 2007 and has 78 posts under the name Pongo.

TK was one of the founders of the Southern Wheels Car Club in Tullahoma, which has one of the biggest car shows in that area. He drives a '78 Conquista and can be reached at his email address of tk@4lo4christ.org

As of today, there are 134 registered members in Tennessee, of whom 28 have joined since January 1, 2011. Please give Pongo all your support as he starts to schedule events in your area.

Thanks canted, had fun in Fort O Ga. Enjoyed meeting and talking with you, and thanks for the invite, great cruise in, we had a good time, hope to work with you on a region 7 event in the near future. And thank you fixitman1, any advice on how to get the members active? you Texas guys seem to have it going on, something happening all the time.

Congrates from the Florida Directors bunch, This is great Pongo two directors at the October Gm show with expense accounts I guess this party is going to last at least 1/2 hour long before bed at 10:poke:and maybe even an extra :beer:

Thanks Matty Man, I will take you up on it. I have a couple of things in mind, but it is all going to depend on who is willing to show up to make it worth while. As I get some of the details worked out I will post them and see which ones some we might get the biggest turn out. I would love to see a big gathering of El Camino's come togather. I already have a dj ready to play the tunes, a Bar-b-que team to cook some food, A shady area to park, some possible scenic road trips that we can have a poker run on. Just got to get a turn out.
