I've got my dash cluster panel out and looking for ideas on how to clean up the clear parts. Looks like past owner had cracked one side loose over the clock area.

Are you talking about the "clear" plastic parts?

If so Maguires plastic cleaner, "Mirror Glaze" cleaner and polish works great. A two step process that works very well. Also believe it or not "Brasso" also works great on clear plastics as well as even scratches in wrist watch bezels.
