: Pumpkin Run Oct 28-30, Ocala FL PunkRican 08-09-2011, 08:29 PM Not sure if you guys are aware, but there is a second show happening in Ocala in October. It's the inaugural Pumpkin Run. It runs the weekend of the 28th-30th. No doubt you would all see advertisements for it on your way to the Silver Springs show, but registration costs rise September 1, so I figured I would let you all know now. If you follow the link in the top post it looks like they are trying to make it a really big deal. I might be interested too. LOL Derek EdontheBeach 10-30-2011, 08:31 AM i went yesterday - let me tell you, the location is GRAND! it's a sprawling well manicured horse ranch, cleared rolling hills, a little lake off the way - even though it was cloudy, it was nice. there were some nice cars and a lot of vendors - video link below - think 'turkey run; the early years'. i talked to some people in a mopar club who prefer this to turkey run, since turkey run has gotten so large and hard to manage. they have it also in the spring; i may go to that one just to check and see. iot might be something to consider as a regular meet in the spring, though we alredy have a few 'regular' spring events. http://www.youtube.com/user/EdontheBeach?blend=21&ob=5 | ||
