ROTM winner will receive:

From now until end of November, 2011, Ride of the Month winners are
automatically entered into our Quaker State Free Oil Change draw! Each
month, we will randomly select winners, from the ROTM winners, and each
month we will announce who has won a free oil change from AutoGuide.
That gives you 5 chances to win from now until November!

To be eligible, all you have to do is participate in the ROTM program,
be selected the winner by your peers, and we will then toss your name in
a hat. The second Monday of each month, from now until November, if your
name is pulled out of the hat, your oil is changed on us! Winners of
this Oil Change Draw receive a gift card to change their oil at a
national service center that uses Quaker State oil for all of their oil
changes.

If you enter and are not picked for of the 5 finalists, you will be eligible to submit your car the following month

If you made the final 5 but didn't win, you may not run for the next month's ROTM

If you win ROTM, you must wait at least 1 year before being eligible to run again

Campaigning to "vote for me" in or outside of the forum will not be tolerated. If we see this, you will be removed from the competition as well as any future competition.

Please post your entries, pictures and nominations in this thread.

Hey, folks1 This competition has kind of got lost in the shuffle to get the Calendar competition locked up. Has anyone already entered this contest? Is anyone planning to enter? If I can find the time, I'll get some photos loaded and wait for the results. Costs nothing, and the Quaker State is excellent oil........................Ken

1985 El Camino Choo Choo Customs IROC-S Pace Car #001

-This was the first of only 15 IROC-S Pace Cars built by Choo Choo, and it was the only one that actually paced the IROC races in 1985.
-100% Original as the day it came off the track at the last IROC race it paced in 1985 (nothing has been changed, not even the tires).
-Currently has only 1,100 original miles, and was still on the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin until 2008 when we bought it, and it had never been titled.
Modifications completed by Choo Choo in 1985:
1) Custom candy paint in patriotic red, white, and blue with silver pinstriping
2) Hand painted graphics...none of the lettering are decals
3) Custom roll bar with Whelen overhead light bar, as well as stobes in the head and tail lights
4) 16" Centerline rims with custom "one off" Goodyear tires; the tires have "NOT FOR SALE" stamped in the rubber and have individual serial numbers
5) Suntune oil pressure gauge (installed by Choo Choo because of the high banking speedways this Elky was used on)
6) Grant steering wheel

For the sake of keeping this thread on the "New Posts" list, I nominate Kenrogers1 '68 SS. Admin, I think the reason nobody is submitting their rides for this contest, or particpating at all, is because they don't know this thread exists. When there is a new post on it, the thread does not go on the home page of the site. You have to search for it. Im sure if this thread would pop up on the home page when there is a new reply, more people would see it and want to enter their rides. Just my $.02.

I'm a little confused - - AGAIN
Are they to be posted in this thread?
In your OP if that underlined stuff is supposed to be links to where to submit then they don't work.
I'm with E-man in that I wanted to add this to this thread after posting and like to never found it again. It should be somewhere that will come to the home page when posted to.
OK I went back and re-read all the posts in the ROTM sub section of the forums. I understand now that they are to be posted in the thread.
Unless you have some good pics of someone else's cruck you obviously can't "ENTER"/"Nominate them.
