Doug 464elky 09-06-2011, 05:22 AM That is a great write up. The only thing I noticed that he didn't cover was an ohm test on the pick up coil. Quicker and easier than the trouble to eliminate everything else before knowing that it is bad. Unplug the two wire lead (green and white) connecting the pick up coil to the module and connect DVOM to the two wires (coming from the pick up coil). It should read between 600 - 1500 ohms.
