I am a new member but have been selling Covercraft products for 22 years. I sell Covercraft custom fit car covers at factory direct prices.
This is less than jobber......I usually beat the price from California Car Covers by $20-60. We have 11 different materials and some new colors.
Just checked the catalog and there are 8 different El Camino patterns from 1959 to 1987.

Go to www.covercraft.com to see information on all the different materials and colors. Contact me for prices, I can send material samples.

Welcome Barney. It's always good to have somebody in the industry as a member. Besides your ability to sell for less than jobber prices, you probally also have the knowledge of what works and what is just junk.

I wish you were around a few years back when I bought my cover. I bought a Noah cover and am very happy with it. Fits good and keeps the dust and dirt off the Elky. A good indoor cover.

Barney,

Are you still selling the covers? Sent you an email with no response. IF you are, I am interested in a custom Noah cover for a '72 El Camino. Let us know if you are still active. Thanks, Dave

Hey Dave. I received this email (text below) from Barney on June 10th. I don't think he will mind me posting it here.

******* email text *******
I know you already have a cover but am attaching the information below so you can compare prices offered by other sources.

We have 11 different materials that give you a wide range of protection,
price, and warranty. As a Covercraft distrubitor for 22 years, we sell the same quality covers as the big advertisors but beat their price $20-$50 dollars or more.

The lowest cost custom cover material is Multibond with a 2 year warranty at $119.95. Multibond is an indoor cover only.. Block-it 350 $126.95 is Technalons little brother, 3 year warranty Polycotton $139.95 and Tan Flannel $171.95 are available, they are indoor covers with 90 day warranties.

Technalon at $152.95 with a 4 year warranty is a good all around cover.
(also called Evolution4) Noah at $173.95 and a 4 year warranty gives better dust and water protection than the Techanalon.

Dustop at $173.95 / 4 year warranty is a soft indoor synthetic cover by
Kimberly-Clark Weathershield $246.95 light weight material that is good inside and out ... 4 year warranty *

Sunbrella is 100% acrylic, intended for extended sun protection. It has a 5 year warranty and the price is $271.95

Thanks 73elkyss,

Barney did not reply to my direct email so I suspect he is no longer dealing. Zmotive sells the custom Noah cover for $135 which is cheaper than the quote you got from Barney so I think I will go that route. I do appreciate you efforts though! Dave

Evening Dave. Yea, to bad about Barney. Not sure what happened to him. Hope he is well. I'm sure he will surface again someday. In the meantime, you will be happy with the Noah material. I use my Noah cover stictly inside and it does a very good job. And if you can get it for $135, that is much much better than what I got mine for.
