: C4 91 Vette?
DONE DEAL DONNY 11-13-2011, 06:05 AM I have someone coming today to look at trading his 91 C4 Vette with a LT1 motor for Thumper
It's got new paint and new seals on doors, tops, and rear window.
Now the bad, 109,000 miles, seats rough, one headlight won't go down and worst speedometer and tach don't work.
Thoughts?:dontknow:

FIRST ELKY 4 ME 11-13-2011, 08:13 AM Keep what you have, it's a Vette with a bed. I've owned both and I wouldn't go back to a Vette. They're uncomfortable, they leak, they have electrical problems that can be expensive, tires cost a fortune to replace. Just my 2 cents.
melissadunagan 11-13-2011, 09:04 AM Hey Donny that is not a 91 Corvette. Looks like a 84-87. You would more likey need to send the instrument cluster out to be repraired. And get a new headlight motor. If it is a 84 you will not be happy with it as they ride rought. The tune port engines or fun to drive as they make lots of low speed torque. I think you should pass on this if it is older than 87.

Motor missing, exhaush manifold leak, speedo dead, tact dail dead but numbers jumping all around. Heat and cool fan not working right. Rode rough.
I think I'll pass but it is a Vette!!!
