Has anyone ever purchased the single carriage bolt used for hanging the jack on the smugglers box? I found the mounting kit with the u bolt and brackets, but cannot find the one carriage bolt. Thanks.

Try posting this question under interier modifications or in the parts wanted. I've never tried to hang mine on the outside of the curtain but I think I know what you are asking about. Sorry I don't have a quick answer for you.

Interesting. I did not realize that the Jack hung on the outside of the curtain. I got all the parts and hung the Jack, put did not put the curtain back up, because I realized it would make a bulge in the curtain. If it hangs on the outside, do you have to put holes in the curtain for the mounts. Something is just not right with the whole Jack thing? I am very confused.
