LUCKY 4 YOU / SheDaisy
Number 5 just cries a river a minute
7 wants to tie you up and drown you in it
Yeah, 14 just wants to say so long, bygones
32 wants to do things to you that'll make you blush
10 would key the El Camino that you love so much
SHEEP, LIES, AND AUDIO TAPE /Greg Keeler
I've got the post-western blues.
Please don't take away my subsidies.
I owe my country club its dues.
I've got the post-western blues.
I lost my El Camino
Playin' Keno down in Reno,
And what the hell 'm I s'posed to do.
EL CAMINO / T. Jones
drive for life and live for driving
and I hear that open road is calling
and I know they don't build 'em like they used to
so I'm holding on to mine
daylight streaming through the window
of my V-8 custom El Camino
and I realize life is for the living
and I want some sun to shine

Hey Ernie;
How long have you been saving up for that reply... 8O
ElkyPete 05-09-2003, 05:35 AM Every Day!
Every Day I am amazed at what I can actually learn. I had no idea that there was mention in any song about Elkys! :D
I didn't know it was Beep Beep. I thought that it was "Little Nash Rambler".
And Commander Cody Did a remake on the Hot Rod Lincoln. I am unsure of the original artist.
The other one I had up there was Highway Star by: Deep Purple on their Machine Head Album (CD For those who don't know what an Album is or a "Record".)
I am not as old as the music but I am the last of five children so Having a sister that is 11 years older than I am and me being 3 days younger than dirt, I got to listen to a lot of really good but old Rock and Roll, and Country. :D
I am more a late 60's and mostly 70's type. Muscle cars were everywhere when I was young. Drag racing happened on side roads and country roads and then at stop lights! Also "Fire Drills" at stop lights! Man do I miss those days!
87ElCamino 05-09-2003, 05:38 AM How long have you been saving up for that reply
I did a search on GOOGLE (http://www.google.com) for "El Camino Lyrics"
ElkySS 05-09-2003, 06:12 AM Yep, if it's in the gazillion pieces of web data GOOGLE will find it. I always start there.
theelcaminofactory 05-09-2003, 07:39 AM This is GREAT!
