what size are those rotors and what parts did you use? Is it better than the factory F41?

Better than F41---just a little. Those my friend are 2003 13.15" front brake rotors and 2000 STD Corvette 2-piston aluminum calipers. Here is a quick rundown of the parts-
used spindles off 1980 F body
used rotors off 1990 F body-machine the rotor off the hub
all new bearings and seals
1/2"X20 socket head cap screws to be used as lug studs(optional)
aluminum adapter brackets
1997-2003 Corvette brake rotors
1997-2003 Corvette front calipers
1997-2003 Corvette front pads
1980 F body upper and lower ball joints(lowers must be machined down to fit in control arm)
All parts and machine work--$500.00-600.00

Bare brakes sells a similiar kit for about 1600.00, just as a comparison.

Thanks, it's getting there. Shooting etch primer next weekend-I'll post a pic or 2 after its out of the garage(booth). Hoping to have front suspension/brakes, paint, and interior all done for Sept. Goodguys.

I've gotten some interest on the C5 conversion-here is a very detailed link that covers almost everything you need to know. This guy also sells the the conversion brackets, his name is Joe and he is an engineer so his stuff is WAY over designed but works well.
