On January 2nd. I ordered a two gauge pillar pod unit for my 5th. gen....

I was told it would ship 'In a few days..."

Then when following up a week later I was told it would ship "Next Week"
Now we are almost a month into this exercise in futility....

I realize they are in the midst of a company relocation which is likely not helping matters. And Dave on the desk seems to be a nice guy...

I'm not really complaining just yet... But I am getting a little nervous !! :dontknow:

Ive heard a few negiative remark about them in the past, hope it works out for you.

Yes I am sure that current relocation and changeovers with computer system and all are contributing. Gees I ordered something a couple of weeks ago and it was delivered faster than I thought it would even be shipped!

I'm not complaining... They are in a unique situation with their move.

My issue is that if I tell someone I am going to do something it will get done.
That's called personal integrity.

And I expect the same of others.

I was promised a few days, then "next week" and we are closing in on a month.

Fortunately I don't need the pod right now, it's winter in Iowa.

But I do have a headliner and gauges ready to be installed waiting on this last piece of the puzzle.
