I reccently bought a 71 non SS el camino and would Like to convert it to an SS. What parts are different (and thus would require me to purchase) between the two models? Are there any good write ups on this conversion out there?

You will need the following

SS Emblem in front grill
SS Emblem in center of tailgate.
SS Emblems on interior door panels.
SS Emblems on both front fenders.
SS dash.
and the SS emblem on the steering wheel.

Black grill
Chrome wheel well mouldings, windshield revel, ventipane frames, door upper frame moldings, roof drip gutter mouldings, rear window revel mouldings, tailgate belt molding, and dual rear end trim mouldings with black paint between them. 15" wheels with bright trim and decorative hub with an SS emblem.
