TBI V6 replaced with CCC 305. Emission's are there, but check engine light doesn't come on with key on-engine off.

Rusty along the entire bottom, under the red stripe.
Left rear frame rusted bad. The rest of th frame looked OK.

Rich my buddy Steve bought the 83 you looked at. The dent in the quarter was popped out, the timing was adjusted...it runs, and it looks great with Torque Thrust wheels and new BF Goodrich tires. Steve is still in shock and can't believe the price (I won't state the price...it would make every ECC 5th gen owner cry). The car was originally from California (Carfax) and has no rust issues. I'm mad at Steve cause he got there first, and I didn't...I gotta learn to keep my mouth shut sometimes. Just kidding, I'm very happy for Steve.

When I talked to the lady she has said that the gas was shut off, and she is a state foster home. Don't think that would be good. I think it is what is called a "Motivated Seller".

I am going to look at the other one in Joliet for a parts car.
