I need to replace my turn signal on my 78 El and not sure how difficult this is going to be. Would like to replace original steering wheel as well. Any special tools needed?

Are you sure you need to replace the canceler switch in the column? The hardest part is the lock ring you must remove. They make a special tool for it.

I knew their was a write up on it here somewere. When I tightened my column, I did not use a puller-installer for the lock ring but it was a pain.
