Well, I got up this morning and went out to the shop to work on the elky. After turning on the lights and opening the doors, I turned the radio on. First thing I hear is a car show in a small town about 30 miles from me. So I decided to put off the work and go to a car show. I never intended to enter, was just going to look and be seen. They motioned me in the lot and asked what class I wanted to be in. I told them I was really just a spectator and wasn't interested in entering the show. They said there was no entry fee so I might as well enter. I did, entered the restored classics(1960 or later) Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine winning anything. Walked away with a 1st place trophy. :D HUGH GRIN was on my face when they called out my number. My daughter was with me too, which made it even better. Just had to tell someone, thanks for listening. byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! 8)

Way to go! Your car is also featured ride of the week here....sorry, no trophies though.
