Will anyone else be going to the ACES Midwest Chevelle Regional this weekend? In Olathe (KC) Kansas, 6&7 August. Will be staying at the Sleep Inn, drop by & say hello if you are in the area.

I may snoop around there for a few hours on Saturday or Sunday since it is only a few miles from my home. But, since it is an ACES-based group, and ACES doesn't recognize 5th Generation Elkys like my '87, I've never registered for the show. There are few post-'72 models that attend.

Chances are I may drive by in the '63 T-bird I'm finishing a restoration on, especially if I'm on the way home from the alignment shop on Saturday.

The show will be over Sat PM, so hope to see you sat. The post 72 issue came up just a few weeks ago. There was much cussin & discussin on the topic. And about 10 years ago, I was a Vintage T-Birder.
