The Texas Classic car show will once again be held at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q in Austin Texas September 11th, 2004. This is a fantastic event and it is for a worthy cause. It features all types of cars but so far not near enough El Caminos. Lets show them what a great car we drive and have a strong showing this year. It's right in the center of our great state and easy to get to considering how large Texas is. Entry Forms and additional information can be had at their web site at www.texasccs.com we don't get the opertunity to get togeather often lets not let this one slip by. It does not matter what shape your El Camino is in just being what it is makes it unique. hope to see a bunch from region 13. Harald K

How about an Elky meet from this region.. Just us!

I'm not going to make any solid promises about being there. So far every time I want to be at a car show something else has happened and prevented me from going. As it stands now its not going to be the Elky this time so if I can dodge everything else I am home free.

Tentatively I'll say I'll be there. I'd really like to meet the people I talk and listen to here at ECC. I gotta say I would really like to see the rides first hand also.

So with any luck, we'll see you there! :D

This is a great event more of a gathering than a show lots of activities door prizes and great food outstanding spectator turnout plenty to look at and the cars are great too. Hope we can get a good turn out, I'm tired of being the only El Camino last year there were two of us out of 300 cars, wow is that a trend? Harald K

The Bud show is here in Houston that same weekend and i have already committed to it or i would be there. Maybe next year?
