hey all, i'm lookin to get rid of the stock 283 from my 67'. Its in dire need of rebuild, it has the heads, and the block is still together. i have removed the oil filter assy. and the heads are off. For $25.00 i'll throw in the edelbrock c3b manifold, The starter,h2o pump, and the dist. are gone. The motor ran when i drove it home, but the freeze plugs were shot and it ran water out of it at a rapid pace. it never got really hot, so all should be ok. The heads are good, as well as the block and etc. I picked up a new 327, so this motor is taking up too much space on my deck.
