I picked up another 67. It has a 396 in it, the guy I got it from said it was out of a 70 chevelle. I haven't confirmed it yet. It runs strong, but the body is real rough in the drivers quarter and around the real window. The previous owner had fixed some of the rust then lost intrest. It should make a decent parts car since it does have a few new parts. interior etc. At least this takes care of my not being able to decide if I wanted to rebuild my existing 283 or not. The 396 should work just fine for me since I have fixed the body on my current 67. If I can ever get the time to swap the engine and power sterring over it should be on the street in no time.
