The passenger side mirror is making a slight rattling noise..if you tap on it, you can hear the rattle......I am thinking something is loose any suggestions, mabey a loose screw or something I can fix....if so how do you get to it.....

the bolts holding the mirror may be loose,you will have to take the inside door panel off to get to the bolts. also check the sheet metal on the door itself above where the mirror mounts. it may be rusted out causing the mirror to move. that part rusted out on my '83 elky's door so the mirror would shake a lot until i finally replaced the door. but hopefully the mirror bolts are only loose
