5th gen. I am going to rebuild the front and rear suspensions this winter, I plan on using original bushings for the suspension(boney butt with buckets ) and the poly bushings for the body mounts. New springs on the front and replace the joints as needed. With an alignment as soon as I'm done. Oh yea, a case of WD-40 to loosen things up before I get started. Am I forgetting any thing? :?
I bought a bushing driver, that will work with a little workout.

There are kits out there to replace almost everything. I know there is one out there with all poly bushings including the body mounts and comes with a front end rebuild kit (tie rod ends, centerlink, idler arm, upper andlower ball joints...etc.) Its $499. To pricey for me though. I wouldnt replace my springs unless i wanted change the height of teh car or unless they are worn out. Just figure out what you want to replace and find the deals. 8-) Ill be rebuilding my entire front suspension and steering and the rear in a few weeks, after i sandblast and paint my frame. If you need any info ill try to help.

Never had much luck with front lower A-arm bushings. Usually take them down to an alignment shop and get those along with the ball joint pressed in. Think it cost me about $15.00 an arm.
