If you buy that distributor you won't need anything else however you should be aware that it is basically a HEI on steroids. While it would give you a stronger spark and extend the rpm range above the normal HEI 5000 rpms it does not give you the advantages of a MSD, Hyfire, Jacobs or any of the other multiple spark discharge ignitions. These ignitions will give you one or two more sparkplug discharges (at rpm levels below 3000) which means less chance of misfire. A good quality distributor, a high output coil, a multiple spark discharge system triggered by the magnetic pickup and high quality spiral wound ignition cable is in my mind the best street performance ignition system. I am using a Petronix Flame Thrower HEI distributor (bypassing the module), Mallory Hyfire IV ignition control and Accel Spiral Wound wires although any similar system will work equally well. A good ignition sytem is the bedrock of a performance engine. Good luck.
