I'd call them up anyway. A lot of those shops will focus on wherever they make the most money the most often but will be able to do most anything else. Like the one I use in AZ has a lobby plastered with pictures of customer cars and customer motorcycles that they have done plating and polishing for. One day I was in there with my 74's Front bumper and a guy came in with a harley frame to be chromed.

You may find that they are doing show chrome and polishing for cars but they don't advertise it on the website. Most plating and polish shops can handle just about anything you can throw at them. Some even have the ability to do flash chrome and die cast pieces but you have to ask because some metals are harder to work with than others. Bumpers are pretty standard fare though.
