Hey guys. I just got an '86 Elky with 46k miles. I'll be using it to haul motorcycles so I'm going to jettison the bed cover thats on it. Don't know how old this cover is but its in pretty nice shape as this car was always garaged. The struts still hold it up and it is complete with the drain gutter and such. The latch/lock mechanism came apart and needs to be fixed or replaced but it looks pretty simple, have all the old parts.

It is a black textured Gaylord cover like what Honest Charley sells for $789.

Am I asking too much $$$? Be a shame to throw this thing away.

Dont throw it out! I am interested but with the gift giving season here I cannot get that money together right away. If you are willing to hold it for a little while longer I am sure I can scrape something together. If not thats OK
I will let the members of my local club know about it and maybe one of them is intersted and can pay you now.
