BUYER BEWARE- It's been over a month since I ordered a set of white face gauge overlays for my 87 elky from (orders@maxten.com). Pay pal was used for this transaction and he has his money. This same fella does business on E-BAY as (the gauge guy). I have attempted to contact him at both places, but he will not respond. So if anyone is thinking of white face overlays, you may want to think twice about ordering them from this guy.

Complain long and loud to both eBay and PayPal. I threatened to bring suit against one guy via eBay and PayPal. PayPal forced him to refund my money.

Just how long did it take and how much money was it?

Took about six weeks. The dollar amount was insignificant. Only $4.33, but the scum was so sarcastic and hell bent on defrauding me, I spared no effort to nail his a.. for fraud. I found out who he was and where he lived and was bringing a local lawsuit against him for fraud. I was so mad, I was willing to pay my lawyer anything to nail that guy. At that point, it was the principle, not the money. He had the nerve to tell me he was a power seller and not to contact him again. I told him not to worry, his local District Attorney would be contacting him on my behalf. By the way, I learned that judges are really hard on eBay sellers who are trying to defraud the public.

Send me an e-mail bc_28@hotmail.com with your address and i will send them to you. Would rather see someone use them then just sit here doing nothing.

I e-mailed that guy about how they worked. He finally got back to me with some gobble-de-gook (?) about recalibating my speedometer. Made it sound like a walk in the park. I passed.

i bought my white guages from the white guage guy and i had no problem, but it sounds like i got lucky
