Including pictures in posting

How do I include a jpg file in a new post or reply? I've got a lot of jpgs on my computer but can't seem to get them included. Hopefully I don't have to download them to my ISP. Thanks for the help.

Sign up for your free webspace here at ECC. Follow the link below, fill in the fields, and start uploading your pictures to ECC. Once they're uploaded you can link to them using the commands when you post a message.

Sorry, you will have to upload them somewhere on the web. You can not link directly to anything on your harddisk. Robert current offers free web space on ECC, check the home page for details and links. It's simple and quick....
