I just realized, I never received a membership card or window sticker :(

How come we can donate with Pay Pal but can't get say a calendar or T-Shirt with Pay Pal? I sure would like that great calender.......cafewhateveritscalled only takes credit cards. I only use my credit card in emergencies. If I did use it then I would have an emergency because my wife would beat me down for using it but still no excuse for using my credit card. Any Options? Thanks.
