this morning i was just looking thru the classifieds and noticed an ad for 1983 el camino bumpers for $10 each. within seconds i was on the phone and they were still for sale so i made arrangements to get them after work. so i got a pair of decent bumpers (a few rust bubbles under the chrome on the rear bumper) and a steel wheel with a new tire all for $25. im going to put the rear bumper on the '83 just so the one on the truck doesnt get messed up. sure beats paying $40-50 for a junk bumper at the boneyard!
