I put on a new front brake line as my other post said. Now after bleeding and bleeding like a stuck pig I still have no brakes. The brake starts to get stiff but then after the light goes off and I think I am doing good boom the pedal goes to the floor and I am stopping only when I get the pedal to the floor. My 79 sat for 10 yrs so is it possible that when I blew out the front line that I also blew the MC? If so and I am about to the point I will just go get another one. If this doesnt sound like the MC then I will try any suggestion I am offered. Well within reason burning my Elky is not an option since I have fallen in love with it. Never was a Chevy Man always looked kindly to the Fords till I met my wife. Oh what a woman can do to you lol.

If it sat for 10 years I would definitely suspect the master cylinder, the rear wheel cylinders, the front calipers and all of the flexible hoses. It would smart to replace/overhaul these components for safety reasons.
