the spring show at daytona Int. Speedway will be March18-20th ,2005 we have a featured spot for all el caminos ....yes all even out of state,even gmc...that means if you have a 5th generation 84' you can show it ...the entry fee for show cars is$25.00 I suggest you pre-register. we will need an indication of those who are comming to show their cars, by the 20th of feb ...we will use this thread for that and any other information that needs to be passed on...for those of you that just want to go to the show or want to save the entry fee for parts I'll set up a meeting place like we did for the turkey rod run...check this forum for up-dates...ok guys here it is, the 3rd event in 8 months. it's time to see who are the talkers and who are the doers

I can't believe I was finally able to post and get welcomed as an online user. Been trying to reply to posts for longer than I care to remember.

You can color me in for the Daytona Int. Speedway on March 18-20th. Sounds like an excellent idea. I live in Port St. John approximately 50 miles south of Daytona. What is the plan? Where will we meet? What time? Who is staying? etc...

I went to the Turkey Rod run on Sunday as a spectator. I saw a couple of El Caminos but none of them were grouped together. Was I too late?

Is there a link from where we can download the registration so that we can send it?

1st post, I hope this works! How many are planning to attend the daytona show this weekend? Im going to take my 83 SS. Its not a SHOW car but Id like to show it once before I sell it :-( Hope to see some of you there!

I work all weekend, but i might try to sneak off a bit early to go out there saturday. But i doubt I'll bring the el camino in, costs more, lol.

I am on the other coast and would make it but just had my left hip replaced, so kinda grounded for awhile, you guys that go..... get pics!

I say next turkey run, we all make a trip to the strip, an el camino invasion, lol.

Turkey Show invasion sounds good :D Dont they have a year cut off for that show? Im gonna try to make it there in my 60,Wish me luck.I think im going to need it!
