hey everybody i am looking for a running 4.3 v6 for my elky to rebuild the top end. cheap is best

I've got an excellent running 4.3/4L60E out of a 93 Chevy Astro van. Engine/trans are clean inside and out, no leaks. Comes with complete wiring harness and computer. You come and get it = $950.00

gas milage and i want to do something not a lot of people do. i am not looking for speed just a little more power than a 200 v6

EFI 4.3's are very nice engines. I don't run one in the Elky but in the 97 Jimmy it hauls its weight nicely. I wouldn't mind it in the Elky. But my fathers 99 S-10 ZR2 with the 3.73 gears with same engine and trans(4l60e) gets going fast in a hurry. 4.3 - 4l60e - 3.73 would be a very fun elky that is still good on gas.
