OK I am going with air ride ( all around) and I was wondering what other people are using? I have read many post and web pages that talk about air ride but I would like to hear from people on here that are using it. I would like to know what kits you used, how the install went and if there are anythings I should change while doing this. I plan on running 20" rims in the rear and 18" on the front and I want the rears to tuck. I am not interested in "laying frame" or having "side to side". I just want control of my ride height. Basiclly I would like to do any and all suspension work while I am doing the air ride and any info you guys can supply would be great! Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have a CNC Laser and can make custom parts if anyone needs then. Thanks

i looked into the airride technologies airride kit for the el caminos and its pretty reasonable in the price catagory but it wont layout in the rear....you might not want that but for under 1000$ you got youreself a pretty low elky and plus 20s on the rear wont go up in the wells to far because there pretty small.

You dont think I will be able to get the 20's to tuck?

Depends on the tire profile and how wide the wheels are. Look how small the wheels are! If by tuck you mean just have the top of the tire above the fender lip line a little, you could do that.

Try cardomain.com. They have lots of Caminos with 20s on there.

Yeah I seen them but none really sat like I will have mine. What back spacing are you guys running?

4"-4.5" backspacing. You could probably tuck it more with 4" since you're not so close the the inner fender well.

What you may want to also consider instead of using airbags get the Varishocks, they have the bag integrated into the shock ( airride alos sells them but under there name). They are more expensive but the install is so much eaiser, no weldind just basicly remove spring's and old shock's install new shocks and all plumbing that would be required anyway's and your done.
