I am changing from auto column to floor auto. My elky is an 85 and the center consol and shifter is from a 79 Malibu. I have the shifter and cable but no brackets to mount consol. I would like to hook up shifter and was wondering how big a hole to drill in hump and at what position. Can I fab the consol brakets or does anyone know where I can pick up a set? I also need to know what other hardware I may need for the conversion. I also need consol lid hinges if any are out there.
