i just got an 1981 el caballero and the passenger side electric lock and horn both make a clicking noise like power is getting to them but neither one respond. the door lock click comes from below the dash on passenger side, horn click comes from under the wheel. does anyone have any idea what that is? and how in the world can i fix it?
