I saw it first in the new summit catalog. There are two different models, one for 92-94 & another for 95-97, both cost $150.88.

I am thinking I should get one of these. I was worried anyway that the MSD coild I have was going to burn out the ink traces that carry the current inside the factory cap.

Not sure I want to be one of the first to use one. The other thing is the only problem I have had with my ignition on my LT1 was the MSD Blaster coil I had installed. I've since gone back to a stock GM unit.

It is nice to know the LT1 isn't being forgotten about and there are still aftermarket parts coming out for it. 8-)

Why did you take the MSD coil off & go back to stock?

I was having some problems with the motor. I thought the ignition might be the problem so I was checking for arcing to ground. I fired the motor up at night in the dark and saw the MSD arcing like crazy. I did some reading on the Camaro forums I'm on and others before had, had the same problem. Many guys were making over 400hp with the GM stock unit so I figured my basically stock motor would be OK. It turned out it wasn't the ignition but the motor did start running a little better with the new coil.
