Hey, guys.

Well, I think I'm going to sell my El Camino. She's very original, very rare, and I think I'd rather have something I can toy with and resto-mod instead.

Anyway, would you guys happen to know any places in the NY Area to sell an original El Camino?

-Lucas

P.S. - Oh yeah, am I allowed to use the NY forum to sell my El Camino in? -L

No thanks, El Big Joe. If I were to trade for another El Camino, I think it would be of one of any previous generation. Also, mine requires absolutely no work at all.

Here's a description for you, LINY:

- 1987 El camino (Last year made, 13,743 total production, less than any other model year)
- 5.0L LG4 V8
- 4-Speed Overdrive Automatic Transmission
- Power everything
- 3-seat bench
- 28,000 ALL original miles

The car is ORIGINAL. The paint is in amazing condition. It's a blue with silver underpanels. There is absolutely NO ROT of any kind on the car, the engine runs perfect, and the transmission shifts beyond smooth. I have the original wheels and even the tires. Currently I have some plane-jane black wheels and aurora white-walls on her, but the originals are being stored at my house and are used for shows. I even have the original warranty information, manual, and service log. You name it, I've got it. The car is always garaged and never abused.

Based on your name, LINY, I think it's reasonable to assume you're in the Long Island area, which is convenient. I live in Port Washington, but work out in Huntington Station, so you can see the car whenever you like.

Guys, if you'd like to see pictures, you can check out my car domain site:

Take it easy, guys. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. -Lucas
