Has anyone ever ordered anything from them? I order some Eastwood paint on the 5th, called on the 19th to ask where my order was and he said they only had 4 of the 6 cans i ordered. He could have at least let me know sometime within the 2 weeks. Asked him to send the 4 he has and the other 2 when they come in and he said ok. Called a week later cause i still didnt have it and noone answered the phone. Been calling everyday with no luck. Their website said a tracking number will be provided upon shipment but i was never givin one. I sent them an email and got no reply and still cant get them on teh phone. Anyone ever dealt with them before?

If you used a credit card to pay for the items, I would consider putting a hold on the charges.

Not very customer-service oriented, huh?

Called my car company today and they havent even charged me for the paint yet. What the heck is up with that. You ever been so mad that you dont even seem like your mad anymore? I dont judge people or anything and hate to say bad things about somebody if i dont know thier excuse but as of right now this company is look worse everyday. I hope they have a good excuse.

I suggest you cancel the order, go elsewhere, and relax. It's not worth it!!!! :(
