in my town there is a 5th gen elky w/20in spinners, its pretty ugly, since the rims are too big its 3-4inches higher than a stock one.
makes me mad that someone did that, it basically ruined the elky

With all due respect to Sacramento, when you live about an hour and a half from San Fran, you should expect to see more than you believe almost on a daily basis.

On the other hand, I'll bet you occasionally see incredible cars in person like 3/4 the country only gets to see on television.

What does San Fran have to do with it? I'm in Huntsville, AL , and some yuts here has done the same thing. And they painted the car a bright metallic lime green. Makes me want to hurl everytime I see it.

Own your car do with it what you want thats your choice good or bad and I love to see vehicles with good engineering lowered raised and all things even if I would not thinks of doing it myself. His money his choice he has to live with it. Ed

Ok Ken, you got me! Hey, I can tolerate the Dubs and Spinners, etc. Some are actually well done whether I love them or not.

BUT, I still want to meet the sphincter head who convinced the world in the 70's that lime green and shag carpeting was the world's salvation. He was also probably the guy who told Elvis how to decorate his Jungle Room.

This dude in Manitoba painted his 5th gen flo. pink added a sun roof and 500hp. Drive's her like he stole her. It's a cool elky if it wasn't Pink.

That is the bottom of my 5th Gen. then it also has an Ultra Violet Pearl Met. frame, Red, Yellow and Blue lines. It's top coat, not there just yet will be a Chrolalusion Blass Berry Blue. I like mixing up the colors. Engine / Trans is also Purple like the frame.

I don't do Dubs or Spinners or even 20" wheels, I don't care for them myself, but that is me. There is an El Camino, 5th Gen, not four houses down from me painted Met. Lime green and White two tone. I don't care for the color but the Kid that owns it does although, he really doesn't drive it hardly at all. It just sits on the street.

I think 20" wheel make the El Camino look like a Canostoga Wagon or an Unreal vehicle. I don't care for them on large trucks either but it is not my money and or my truck. So I get over it easy. I just laugh which is what the guy in the truck is prolly doing when he sees my car or Elky or my Pickup.
