Well, today, my headliner decided to fall into my face at a stoplight. Some spray-on glue and a few minutes later, I was home. This is what I pulled out.

Eww. Made a bloody mess of my car too.
Now my car looks like this:

Anyway, the pictures say everything really. Feel free to post your own stories/pictures of car-gone-ghetto.
EDIT: Yes, that is duct tape in there. Its holding the now-freed wires to my third brake light.

I don't doubt that headliners are one of the weak points of El Crucks. Mine was like a sponge and I looked at numerous others that had been replaced or needed to be.

I replaced mine immediately and at the same time added some fiberglass insulation.

Heh, I wish. It cooks me enough as it is. Plus, Im in school so the EC cant be down for more than two days (meaning: weekend).
On another subject, I was looking for a replacement, and cant find one for cheaper than $150. Honest Charlies seems to be down, but I dont know if they sell one anyway. A used one is out of the question, its almost garunteed to be in similar condition to the old one. Any suggestions?

I se them on eBay all the time. Sometimes, the prices are very inexpensive and at other times, they are expensive. Some prices on eBay are too expensive, so pick and choose.
