When i hit the brakes my dash turn signal indicators come on. When i go to use the turn signals the flashers come on. can anyone help???

have you done anything changes to any of the wiring in the dash? maybe playin with the wires installin a radio or something?

just tryin to find a starting point on where to search, hard for stuff like this to just start happnin on its own....:)
