Im not sure exactly what its called, I think its a choke plunger, I know what it does just not what its called, anyway after my car sat for 3 years at my parents house I started working on it and realized that this "plunger" is off, Im assuming my brother took it off. so where does it mount and what vacuum line goes to it?
