Vehicle Name Heavy Fuel
Year 1987
Make Chevrolet
Model El Camino
Color White / Rootbeer Metallic
Packages CLEAN
History SoCal car, now lives in SW AZ. Under construction (big dreams).....ZERO time so I've commissioned Jim's Rod Shop with the installation of the new power plant and related components, as well as the painting of the engine compartment.
Exterior
Line X
Stock with an added SS spoiler / splitter by previous owner. Has Goodmark Steel Cowl induction hood. Painting it Rootbeer Metallic, Line X'ed the bed area.

Interior
Was stock, I added buckets (Replacing with Recaro Specialist M seats when it gets back from having it's heart transplant) retained the factory split bench tracks. Doing a custom interior and a small system. B&M Hammer shifter installed, but going STICK! Dakota Digital VHX silver face w/ GPS speedo NIB, Alpine 7" double DIN NIB, Sundown Audio 8" SPL series and SA 12", Brutus amps.

Drivetrain
Bone Stock 2004r, installing TKO 600 I bought for my C3 with a Sick Speed MC hydraulic clutch set up. G Force double hump Cross Member installed.

Under the Hood
Bone stock 5.0 atm. L31-R is sitting in the crate, ProMaxx Iron Vortec heads set up for .600 lift, TPiS ZZ-409 cam NIB, FAST EZ EFI 2.0 NIB, Aeromotive Phantom 340 NIB, FAST Dual Sync Dizzy NIB, Flowmaster header back 409 American Thunder series (for G Body MC, modified to fit Elco)and Patriot ceramic coated Mid length headers installed.

Suspension
Bilstien shocks by previous owner, dont know the model. Have S10 Xtreme front brake upgrade parts, Fbody rear disc upgrade parts but I'm undecided about using them or going with Wilwood components.

Wheel and Tire
16" offset IROC's when I bought it, and I like them so they will stay for a while. Going to paint the gray areas body color and polish the blades.
