Hey Guys. Getting close to completing this 7 year project. Installing A Arm seals and new inner fenders. I have completely forgot the install direction and didnt get one picture priopr to teardown:dontknow:. Anyone have a decent picture of some properly installed A Arm seals??
The factory seals were mechanically stapled to the wells. The replacement instructions say to use the existing holes and to manually push the staples through them and bend the ends over. If you are using new wells with no factory staple holes, you can use pop rivets with flat washers, evenly spaced around the perimeter of the seal. You'll find that the factory staples were a hit and miss slam bang job anyway. The seals are installed in the engine bay side of the well.
I believe what Mel is asking, is which is front & rear of the seals....(?)
