Went ahead and put in a Bluetooth radio/dvd unit. Couldn't stop there and redid the panel and eliminated the cig. lighter for a USB charging port. Just want to add a little trim to neaten up the edges. So far so good.
Haven't pulled the seats yet LMRestos. Will in the near future. |

Wow, that wall looks great! I'd like to do something like that to my 78 but I'd have nowhere to put my spare. Im thinking more of a single 10" though. Again, great job

Yeah, I had some red diamond plate left over from a previous project and got it to fit. Still need to put some trim on it to finish it and make the fit a little nicer.

I can get to the spare, it will take a little bit more time to do it but there is just one bolt that holds the wall on. Take it off and I can pull the wall out and get the spare. I figure if I get a flat then a few extra minutes isn't going to hurt too much. Late is late.

I used one large bolt in the middle and the fit is just right so that it tucks right in. No movement at all. When I first put it in I didn't bolt it down and it would slide forward an inch or so and I kept pushing it back and that was getting old.
