Woody's Spring Fling 2013! (Official Thread)

I posted a new thread to avoid the confusion. The Spring Fling and Spring Party are the same event,so THIS is the official thread for both!

Heres a few of the details below!

This will be the perfect time to pull out our rides and have a lil ol Texas sized fun!
With that said,this years Spring Fling will not only be a party,it will be a car show!

We will have 3 hr unlimited cards for all Go Karts,arcade games,mini golf and a food buffet!
I know all you guys are now wondering on the price. Its not bad since Ive been working on a sweet deal for us ECC members. The price for all listed above will be at least $32 to $42 per person who participates in all the fun. The price only varies if you decide to eat different than Pizza and drinks. They sell burgers,brews,fries and shakes,so thats why the $42 price is there.
Thats not bad considering the fact they usually charge $40 for just 2 hours of karts and arcades.(nothing else)
I'll need a minimum of 10 members to participate,either in or out of the car show
For the kids who cant ride the normal karts,it will be $15 for 3 hours unlimited arcades and smaller karts.
The date will be 3/30 with rain date of 3/31 and the time will be from 10am-4pm for the fun and car show. There will also be flyers available if I pull the trigger on this event. So what do you guys think? Any questions?

And yes,I will need a 50% deposit for this,so I will have my paypal account ready for anyone.

ADDED INFO: Half of your deposit will start being accepted in February! I will need half so I can reserve our slots for Speezone and the lot for the Car Show!
Flyers will also be available once the deposit is given to Speezone.

No you stir up trouble, but all my El Caminos give me trouble, that don't mean I don't like them or want to play with them. It just means that sometimes I have to get a BFH to straighten them out, thats all!!!

Back on topic.

The price of $32 per adult will get you 3 hrs of unlimited go kart riding,pizza and drink buffet,unlimited 3 hour arcade games,a run on the dragsters,and access to the car show.
$15 will get your kids the same above but if they cant ride the normal karts,they will have access to the smaller ones and arcades.
The price of $42 is ONLY if you upgrade to a burger,fries,and shake buffet.
The buffet will only be open for 2 hours!

When you pay your deposit,just bring your other half when you sign in and register,and your unlimited cards will be handed out to you and your family members by Tim,Woody,and I.

ADDED INFO: You are reponsible for your own kart,so if you damage a kart beyond repair,you might as well load it on your Elco because you just brought it.

I need a minimum of 10 members to deposit to qualify as a group,so Come on Region 13,Let get it rolling!

Glad you(les and Vicki) can make it,look forward to meeting you. I plan on bringing a few folks from Tyler as well. So looks like we are up to 10 or so,,,cool.
So lets see who will make the long haul, and who has the best looking chrome and shine( it wont be me for sure), but I sure am looking forward to seeing everyone again.
