I installed bags on both of mine when I put in new springs !
Run air hose & install bags inside the springs & that's about it ! Pretty Easy !

The hardest part of the job is stuffing the bags inside the springs. I unbolted my shocks, dropped the springs out and stuffed the bags in with the springs on the bench. I wanted the inflator nipples at the top of the bags, unlike the instructions, so I had to fab a lower pad for the spring cups out of a block of plastic. As usual with the stuff I do on my Camino, it took twice as long as it should have, but it's a cleaner installation in my eyes.

I put the air bags in eight years ago and didn't bother with the shields. Never had a problem.I also didn't use the T and ran the hoses independant of each other to the gas filler door opening. There was a reason to run the hoses separately that I read here in a thread and for the life of me I can't remember. That's nothing new lately. Do a SEARCH it might show up.
