Keyser Sose is a name known to all
Default Keyser's 83 SS elkie

Has floors redone, all new front suspension(w/poly bushings)/rearend (3:73 open, new internals), all new brakes (incl frt bearings/races) w/spare new rear drums, redone interior, 305 needs a cam/has headers, TH350 needs gaskets/seals but works great, fresh dark tint on windows, crown vic doublehump crossmember, jeep steering shaft, and ORANGE wheels. Needs some bodywork. I have posted on here a lot of pics of this elkie, all the work I did is freshly painted on top and bottom of elkie, has a cherry pair of plastic front inner fenders and fan shroud.

make a nice project, and can easily be trailered now. Could easily finish it and resell for a nice profit. Will offer reduced price for a member. think about it. Contact Matty or me if interested.

I will get up to date pics this weekend,, I pulled the header panel and re-shot it satin black and replaced the broke turn signal lights,, trying to make it look as good as I can for resale,, a quick run down,, Keyser had great plans on redoing this before his health went south,, putting in a blue dash, has the typical G body cracks on the dash, a used wiring harness, put the interior back in,, put the front end back on and doors,, all glass except the windscreen is in,, and a old hood layin` around,, pics a comin`,, Matty man

could barely see thru the old windshield on a sunny day, due to all the fine scatches. Was gonna replace it anyway, but took it out when I started to put the custom dash in, which is also why I took the dash out. The old windshield was so bad, it came out in crumbly bits that were white on the edges. Looked a lot like little clumps of dried up oatmeal like you have for breakfast. Most areas you can get a new windshield installed for $150-$175

I have learned to never characterize any of my cars as fixed....they are just temporarily between malfunctions. .....Dan ( old_coot)
